All sales made by customer through Website & our official E-commerce are final.



  • For no stock items – refund process takes within 30 days.
  • Any defect from packaging tube – we will do exchange products only.


  • Customer’s change of mind or don’t like the items received.
  • Not suitable or not match with the products.
  • Feelings such as products after taste in skin – as the after taste will be different in everyone’s skin.

Customers can returned damaged or wrong items within 2 weeks of receipt date.

Please make sure to record unboxing video as soon as you received it.

In terms of exchange, any lateness of returned items from customers WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Items returned by customers must be in original condition – unworn and no swatch.

Returned items are customer’s responsibility until it’s in our warehouse, customers might take note to package the returned items properly in order avoiding damages.

Shipping charges are customers or sender responsibility.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED once it is being processed.

SYCA will not responsible on missing package, misroute by the third party (JNE) and delivery delay. However, SYCA will help to track the resi number.
